A HEART-WARMING AND INTERACTIVE DANCE THEATRE SHOW TO ENCHANT CHILDREN AGED 4+YEARS AND THEIR  FAMILIES

Hop_300x236

Hop. A poetic physical dance theatre production for children aged 4+ years and their families, created by critically acclaimed Nevski Prospekt from Belgium.

Mr Dedalus and his son Icarus are trapped on an island. They long for home, but there’s no way to get off. Luckily Mr Dedalus is a clever inventor, and he creates an ingenious plan to fly away, and hop high above the sea.

Hop tells of a dream of flying, of never giving up and above all, the special relationship between a father and a son. Hop promises to be a total experience that starts the moment you enter the building where your journey with the company will begin.

A programme of family and school creative dance workshops is available at some venues. For more information please contact your venue box office.

“In the end you are almost floating out of the theatre space … just dreamlike!”

Heinz Wagner, Kurier, 2012

“An enchanting hour about dreaming of flying … a humorous, funny and amusing piece.”
